designer/coder needed for oscommerce template

i need someone who is familiar with oscommerce to design me a template. it would include creating the graphics for the theme (a header and a banner/logo), as well as designing the layout (html/css/what ever else you can use with oscommerce). i already have a layout in mind. i just need someone to develop it who knows how oscommerce works.

my current price offer is $175 for the job complete but i am open to other offers depending on the circumstances. leave me contact information. this project needs to start right away!
