I am sorry but I can't see any change of design, except the color of the background. The logo is nice because it's colorful. This is just my opinion

Well it hasnt been a complete reskin but the logo,background color and background colour have been changed. Im slowly learning how to fully reskin it

Everything Is Good, only the logo is too large

What size would you recommend?

That seems really small, ill give it a try tomorrow (its late where I live)

Changes:

I made the "like" button for the facebook page up the top and removed the search and different language support (didnt work that well) and all my visitors are english speakers. I will most likely add a custom google search bar to the site somewhere.

Any more feedback/tips?

i did not like the design ... u can come up with more creative things.

Very nice logo, could be better if you improve the features and add hair on the "smiley".
The colors of the logo doesn't match the whole design at all. Try to play around in the CSS and match the perfect colors for that logo. :D

Pretty short since you're only asking for a design review. :p

Too many ads in the wrong spaces, first thing you see when you come to the site isn't content. It's ads. Try and think of a better placement, or grow your site before trying to make money off of it.

I think the logo is too big and the main content is too strech, maybe a little bit more wide could see better. Colors of website are sad.
