The service you are providing may have great value, but your example is not a good one to prove that.

In Google search results:
Results 1 - 10 of about 6,030,000 for Buy Spanish Course
but
Results 1 - 10 of about 148,000 for "Buy Spanish Course"

The second shows the results for pages that have those 3 words together in the same order, which is a more meaningful number, but still does not indicate how much traffic may received for a top ranking.

So I used the Google Keyword Tool because I wanted to see how many monthly searches were being done for that keyword phrase. I am sad to report there were none. No searches at all, even for the broad match. So if no one is searching for that keyword phrase at Google, no one will find it and no one will see the top ranked listing.

The second example is much better since people ARE using that to search with:

Global google searches
learn spanish cheap - broad searches = 390
"learn spanish cheap" - phrase searches = 140
[learn spanish cheap] - exact searches = 91

So the point of my message is not to say anything bad about your service, but only that if people use your service to get rankings, they need to check and make sure that they will get some benefit from the rankings you provide. Otherwise their money and your time is wasted.

@nielsencl, you kind of stole the words right out of my mouth. The client chose some crappy keywords so to speak. That is why we did have attached FREE KEYWORD RESEARCH along with the package.

I will be personally choosing the keywords if the clients wishes me to and before links are built, we will verify if the keywords are OK with the client.

The fact remains that the keyword has competition and this service aims to rank in-spite of the competition. So it doesn't change the fact that we rank well using this method.

Infact bcs of the same reason, I did another case study, the result of which will be published soon enough. We have targeted a keyword with far higher number of searches and far greater competition.
