Thanks for your opinions, I would appreciate hearing more.
All of these domains are 3-5 years in age and were used as small niche websites. Some of them were profitable via affiliate programs.
I have content available for many of these domains.
Domains hold value to people who appreciate specific niches. As a new domain seller (always been a buyer) I have found it hard to connect to potential buyers. Even pricing domains is challenging. Like domain selling sites provide values which may not be realistic. At this point I am just looking for reasonable and fair offers, and find even that very hard to find.
IMHO
Domains hold less SEO value, people are not laying out money like they used to a couple of years ago for keyword domains, the decline of .NET and .ORG sales will continue unless it's a Premium single word or 2 words that describe an entire niche industry that is broad and fits the extension.
Example:
WebHosting.net
CamChat.net
Backlinks.net
Donations.org
AffordableHealthcare.org
ChristianMinistries.org
ToysForKids.org
Your names don't meet the above criteria.
I sold Bubblemailers(.org) for mid $xxx and that's a million dollar niche that is highly competitive and relies heavily on SEO, I'm confident I could've gotten $xxxx a year ago with double the responses.
Unless they have pagerank, I don't see anyone paying for them except maybe low-mid $xx for a couple of them:
I used to do the same thing and debate why my names were good when many disagreed they weren't a few years ago.
Until I actually started pitching them to endusers and found out the advice I got was right.
I've been trying to sell PropertyInGeorgia (.com) and have already gotten a couple responses about domains not having SEO value anymore and a couple of years ago they would've been interested. And that's a .COM, aged 6+ years
Your stuff has to be stellar now-a-days to make any real money. Those aren't.
Again, JMHO. Good luck
