I wouldn't directly know the exact price to sell this one.
Since it's a city, perhaps some of the NGOs or newspapers might be willing to grab this one.
I'd go with appraisal for the same reason and would say around $700-$1,000.
However, someone from Germany can appraise it better considering that they would know how popular this city is, how important, it's contribution, political activity etc.
