Sorry to hear about your situation. But where did you put a lot of money in it? The layout of the site is not very attractive to be honest. It could look better and more professional. The site speed/ loading speed is that good. I do think it has a lot of potential to earn money with it but you need to establish trust as well and that is quite hard with sites like these.

The fact that the TF is low explains that. The backlinks are not of good quality. The CF is okay. This site could use a lot of improvement honestly but if someone does take the time I think it can be worth it.
