Default CSS Settings?

Does anyone know of a page for the default css settings? I dont know how to explain it, but by default for example, the paragraph tag, has a margin of a certain number of pixels. The header tags <h1> to <h6> have different sizes and things like that, and I would like to figure out what all of the default css settings are for the header tags. Anyone have a clue what I mean?

EDIT: I realized that the browser may display the header tags differently if the user hasn't given them a certain value, but I pretty much would just like to know what values are changed (ex: font-family, font-size, weight, etc).

Each browser software has their own "default" settings. I think there are javascripts out there which can find it for you, but I can't be sure.

Thats what I thought, but I was wondering what settings each browser changed, and Jim was able to tell me.
