I'd have to agree with Equity. Neither seem to be worth above low $XX.

Dedicative.com - low $$ wholesale -- Seems like a stretch to make this cover dedicated servers.
Unwinnable.com - mid $$ wholesale -- Good dev. potential, as you stated or referring to an "unwinnable war"

It is a shame people do this, and also not give a good reason for it.
