AMD 3500+
1GB Ram
100MBit Unmetered Port (shared is fine)
80GB HDD /+ a second 80GB backup drive
Cpanel X is preferable but not essential

What sort of budget do you have?

For a 100MBPS unmetered, depending on how many servers on that line (shared) would be costing you ~$500, unshared, you would be looking at ~$700.

100MBPS unmetered is A LOT more than 4500GB bandwidth

Yep but with him saying shared, I highly doubt he is going to get much more than the 4500GB / month.

100MB unmetered my cost is still close to $700/month

i can get 100Mbit lines for $500 a month - but we wanted to buy the hardware out right and then rent the connection for a single server (could you give the fee for that p/m and which DC its in)
