Take a look at www.layeredtech.com they're budget dedicated server providers.
But LT are unmanaged, anything non-hardware they wont support. They will try to help, but don't expect anything, so unless you're a knowledgeable server admin hire PSM - www.platinumservermanagement.com for your management needs.

I currently have 2 servers with them. Both are managed by PSM. Both companies are good.
