Decent hosting for <$6 month

Hello,

I am running some websites, and my main one only requires about 5gb space...however I would like at least 5gb space for it to grow over a period of 1 year since it is an Arcade website.

I require:

- Mail server that works (my current hosting: ixwebhosting.com doesn't send out all my email from my websites, so new signups are being lost because of no validation emails and such... plus the email goes straight to junk mail box)
- at least 10gb monthly bandwidth - 20gb would be optimal, just encase you know
- 10gb disk space or more if possible
- PHP
- MYSQL databases
- unlimited add-on domains if possible - I would like to host all my websites here
- Little downtime - my websites need to be online and accessible please!

That's the basics of what I need... I am trying to backup all my files off my current web host and want to make a switch soon if possible... this will probably be shared hosting as it is the only affordable solution for me at this time.
