I have the following two domain names:



DebtRelieving.com (ing-form of debt relief)

About 480,000 Google results for "Debt Relieving"
debt relieving - Google Search


LoanAltering.com

About 750,000 Google results for "Loan Altering"
loan altering - Google Search

Both terms have Google sponsored ads. (Where people bid to get their ads in the results area for those terms)


What would you value each at?

I can't decide which one I should promote/market.

Loan Altering is a very around the back way of saying Loan Modification. I would go with Debt Relieving if I had to pick one. But the real pick is whether you want to develop a site on Loan Modifications or Debt Relief?

For both terms in Google Adword Tool I show "Not enough data" for Broad, Phrase and Exact searches.

In Traffic Estimator I show an estimated 0 clicks a day based on the competition for both term.

Both terms are taken in .COM only.

I show 0 keyword sponsors for either term.

In summary there is not enough competition, and the terms are in a weird tense where I do not see much value in either.
