domain Debt.vg!

Hi,
I just registered the domain name debt.vg through iDotz.net, and was wondering what you think it's undeveloped value was. There is a little more info on the domain below.
.vg is the ccTLD for the British Virgin islands, English-speaking islands. It has a population of just over 22,000, but a large amount of tourism.
The word debt has a huge number of hits on Google, and the word on its own has an Overture result of 195,241, or 485,990 for consolidation debt.
Any ideas on development would be appreciated as well.

I sold the name "loan.hn" for less than reg fee a while back, and this name is somewhat similar. However, .vg is better than .hn, so I'd say High $XX.

I would expect this domain to reach mid - high $xx simply because of the high-value keyword. Although I doubt that you could get much more than this because of the relatively unknown ccTLD.

The nameservers resolved earlier this morning, and the domain has since received a couple of views on the Namedrive parking page already.

Great keyword, if you could find a good acronym to market .VG as, you might have a high $xx-low $xxx name.

Thanks for all the appraisals, I'll probably hold onto it for a while then, and leave it parked on Namedrive for a couple of months and have a look at the revenue (if any) it is making. Hopefully by then I might be able to get a decent price for it.

Hold on to this one. As the situation seems to stand the close proximity from .VG to Vegas could be a huge factor in this.
It's no secret that most anything Vegas has tremendous financial power, yet at the same time, people in Vegas are relatively proud of their city. (i used to live there). Add 2+2 = its a no-brainer; if the business community of Vegas picks up on the .vg extension, there will be quite some changes in value coming your way.

As it is right now, undeveloped, i'd give it a low $xxx, but only time will tell the true value on this one. All it takes is one major business in Vegas picking up on it, and the rest follows like a herd of sheep.
