I don't see much value, if at all, in this name as it will take too much time to wait around for an appropriate buyer. I mean, even bank.li sold only for $4.5k; and you're offering deal? I know the two don't correspond, but, the evidence shows that there are very few sales (34 to be exact), and none of the public sales reached over $7k in this ccTLD.

It only goes to show that this domain is only valuable as a developed website. I would hope for 36 months of multiples, but settle for 16. With your provided (but obscure) reported revenue, that can be anywhere from $1000 to $4000. With a brief glance over Flippa's website sales, it looks like you can only expect 6 to 12 months revenue. At any rate, I believe what you would get for it on auction after income is verified will be more than what the domain name itself is worth; it will also give you some cash to invest in a better name and have a nice steak dinner.

Kindly appreciate your appraisal. Beside the name "deal", it's also an aged domain that from 1999. However, my expectation is not much, it's around $1000+, that's enough for me. I will keep and find the right owner for this name.

Domain can only be seen as a long term investment, so already prepare for renewals if you want to go that way and do not want to sell it for low to mid $xx to any reseller/holder.

Also concentrate on Long Island instead of its initial country, Liechtenstein.

Hard to say but not much unfortunately. .li just isn't demanded and deal isn't killer enough of a keyword to make the cctld worth it. I sold blackjack.li for $45 last year on flippa if that gives you an idea. If it's making you $30 a month then sit on it because it'd be hard enough to get that much for solely the domain.
