What is the deadline to reply to a potential buyer's offer with a counter-offer ( or declining it ) in the GoDaddy's marketplace ?

You can counter an offer any time after it is made, but it is only binding for (7) days then expires.

So, by not answering within 7 days, it would be equivalent to declining the offer ?
