I usually see "dazed" used as an adjective. It's actually quite common in literature. What do you mean by "negative word"?

Even though it is a .net, it is a very common word. It might have value, but not likely much. Looks like it was only dropped once in 20 years and transferred (sold ?) a bunch of times.

I would say low $xxx, but likely to a domainer or speculator.
