Nice brandable name, to get the most value from the name, i will suggest the same thing as Steve92509, either put up a blog or a forum. Undeveloped, imo it is worth low $xx - mid $xx .

Which one is better to for me to develop first? .COM. .NET or .ORG ?

Developing a name is the best way to add value to it. Develop the .com version and 301 redirect all other versions to the .com version.
