The com is parked.
The org forwards to a church site.
The info is developed and Pg1 on G!.
I like it except for the fact it is the Net, but you could approach the Info guys and ask low xxx.
Or you could develop it and it would make a great directory site.
Some people think directories are so 2000, but with the right niche they can work.
But it will always leak traffic to the com.

Agree mostly with MOTO. There is little to no advertising in the space (search or CPC). For a flip, list $150-200 range imo.
