Database wanted - $$

Hello,

I am looking for a database which has every country in the world, which has also has all the towns/cities and their postcode/zip codes etc

E.g. UK > England > Devon > Exeter > Postcode

So if the first row of the country database had an id of 1 and the country was Bangladesh then every town in the town database would have to have a country id of 1.

Has anybody got anything like this, PM me and name your price

I don't have a DB of this, but Google Maps API can do pretty much all this stuff, but datamining their site wouldn't be popular with Google.

You could literally write a script using the google geocoder to extract all of this data including lat/long coordinates. You'd just need to get your hands on a good zip code or country list to start with.
