Does anyone find it strange that the Brazilian judge actually upheld a "violations of people's fundamental rights, like privacy and intimacy", even though the act was performed in full public view?!

Not sure how Brazilian law works, but in most countries I know, Cicarelli and Malzoni would be the ones fined for acts of indecency in a public place.
