What do you all think of damnidunno? I've done alot of work on the visual side, even though the content isn't the best right now.

I've also designed and built the forum's skin which i would love for you to review as well. You can login to the forums with username: test, password: apples (you need to login to view some minor menus).

I know the front entrance page is a bit lame, at least most webmasters hate them, but i felt that damnidunno needed one to get more people into the forums for now. i actually just put that up the other day.

There is no point to the site though, its a site about anything and everything.

That's a LOAD of custom work. Although, it doesn't strike my personal liking, it looks well rounded, thought out and is done very well.
I can't really come up with any suggestions to change anything, which is pretty much a first... Nicely done!

Oh yeah, one thing Do you really have a TM on your name? If not, remove it, i'm sure there are legal implications to use the TM mark when you actually don't have a TM. - If you do have the TM, dismiss this :TU:

Thanks for the compliments. Actually most of the custom work has went into the CuteNews script. Most people cant even tell that I use it for all the main sites interactive content. It is rather limited though, i'll probably switch to another script or pay someone for a custom one so that i can push it even further.

As far as the trademark, as I believe you can use the TM symbol for pending or future trademarks, after they are successfully registered then you can use the ® symbol. The name will be fully trademarked soon enough.

Serious, yes. Silly can be serious as well, after all - what matters is the thought process behind the project, the layout, consistency,...etc.

I'd read up on the difference between TM and ® - there's a difference between these. Don't get me wrong, i'm not slapping your hands, just encouraging you to be careful when you use legal protection where there's nothing that's yet registered to be legally protected. Aside, you're using the domain name and have associated content on your domain, which should give you copyrights as it is.
