Actually, decent domain and finding the right enduser can make you some bucks.
At minimum, reg fee but could go as high as xx,xxx for the right enduser.

Any site now about gadgets, etc? Are doing damn good!

Myself though?
I would develop it out and then sell it as developed. Probably get more.
