Most of the reported bigger sales were a few years ago now, and were probably speculatively hopeful then. However, it hasn't really taken off as of yet, so for me and my only .live it's a wait & see thing.
My thinking is changing all the time, but if I had to price this one today, I'd probably try it at just the lower side of mid four figures with a bit of wriggle room. You might be sitting on it a while though.
