As I outlined in my previous post, you may NOT sell outside the binding auction. All auctions are binding agreements. Failure to honor a binding sales agreement is a violation of the rules. Furthermore, you may NOT close an auction that already has bids on it.

The new high bidder is @webcr with a $250 bid.

@iksrey - Are you saying that you have already sold the domain outside the auction and no longer able to honor the binding sales agreement? If so, then regretfully, I have to issue a bad business infraction for this rule violation. If not, then we can continue with the auction so you can sell to the high bidder.
