news Czech Republic Name Change

The Czech Republic’s leaders have chosen “Czechia” as the one-word alternative name of their country to make it easier for companies, politicians and sportsmen to use on products, name tags and sporting jerseys.

I have bought a few .com with Czechia main word. One being Czechiaflights.

Is there an opportunity being made by this name change for the domain industry ?

It maybe or may not be worthy. It all depends on whether we are will to take that risk or not.

I registered one, CZECHIA.gdn, why not before it becomes premium, or reserved. If this becomes mainstream most of the extensions will put it on reserve or ICANN will restrict it.

Shot in the dark, why not.

Wow, this looks good! I remember when all my friends and I used to call the Czech Republic "Czechia" for the longest time. I see potential here for finding a good niche domain. I couldn't resist and got me these 5 .coms:
