Well, why would someone be interested in Czech republic in a .fr ccTLD when they have their ccTLD. If it was CzechRepublic.cz it might have a little value.

In .fr I think republiquetcheque would have been better.
IDNs are now available in .fr, perhaps you can still have républiquetchèque but personally I would pass.

The whole point of using a dot fr would be to promote the CR and tourism to French people.
