I don't see anyone specifically optimizing their sites in google nor advertising for the "Cut Off Debt" keywords. Plus it get's no exact search volume. It does seem brandable though as some businesses seem to be using the phrase in google. So, I might give it a high XX to very very low XXX appraisal.

I would not have bought it though as it will be a very tough sell.
