Custom Whypark templates?

I am in the market for some customized whypark templates. Is anyone here really slick at doing them? I have next to zero CSS experience and even less time, and I'm in need of a better look for the domains I have at whypark.

Please respond with portfolio examples and price per template. Thanks!

WP will be offering this service officially with their new platform, I believe for 199 dollar, but till the launch they offer some discount for it.

I can do it if you supply an example code of a typical Whypark template (I dont have an account there, dont know the structure :p)

My cousin can probably do it for you - he is a CSS wizard, and I will do any and all images for it. We'll do it for $100 per template - let me see if he has some of his work up.
