Custom Subtitle + Orange Username?

Hi,

I recently purchased to be a DNOA member, and received an orange username, with a 'DNOA member' subtitle. I would like to buy a new custom subtitle from the shop. How can I still keep my orange username and get a new custom subtitle? Can i have both, or just one?
