Custom homepage

I got fed up of having either the mozilla start page or google as my homepage so I thought I would make my own. I wanted a simple yet decent design that loaded fast. I think I've acheive what I set out to do. I'm just trying to think of something else that is useful I could inclue in the main content.

Anyways, what do people reckon?

I like it, I would say make the bottom left, bottom, right boders 1px right at the bottom where the © is, and also change the "Google" text into a small image, maybe change the font on the right.

It looks good, feels good, handles good, loads fast, I think its perfect, how about making the google box to the side of the image, then put a line below it and then some news feeds from some tech news site or digg.com or somthing?

The header seams too poor and the menu ( links in the right area ) could use some style.

What do you mean by poor? The pixelation on the star?

I know there is a lot of wasted space and I wasn't sure what I could add. I like the news feed idea.

Ok added a news feed and changed the google search a bit. There's still alot of blank space at the bottom but I can't be bothered to fix that right now. I'm off to bed. :hehe:
