New users can sometimes be confused by all the options given to them in their hosting control panels, this often leads to extra work for support staff who have to answer simple tickets which can be resolved in minutes.
To solve this, companies created flash tutorials to visually demonstrate the basics of their control panel and it has proven to be a success. The newest version of Cpanel includes these as standard as can be seen here - https://www.cpanel.net/media/tutorials/ftpacct.htm
However, users can still be complicated by such things as placing orders and creating support tickets, this is why we have decided to offer custom flash tutorials for hosting companies.
For a small fee we will create all the tutorials you require, from such procedures as placing an order or using live support, these tutorials will feature your company logos and will not have our name included.
Pricing is very competitive and items are usually delivered within 3 working days. As an example, if you use WHMCS we will create a tutorial for placing an order, navigating the WHMCS user area and creating support tickets for a one-off fee of $20.
