Or one advocating legislation be made to build a fence, or something like that.

hmm. I want more info before I say anything. What fence? What border??

It's probably better if it's more general. An end user could develop it to center around any border they wanted.

But I'm probably going to develop it based on the U.S./Mexico border as that is the most publicized/well known border.
