Hadn't planned to sell any of my domains for a long time but I have a very interested buyer that contacted me directly. Site gets around 200 uniques/month and makes about 2$/month.

What price would you guys be happy with? Or should I just keep it in the vault?

Nice name for an adult site, i wouldn't sell it for anything less than mid $x,xxx. Can get you more depending on how motivated the buyer is.
