Hi. Any input would be appreciated regarding the value of CultivationLife.com. The domain is a few years old, and I have never built out a site on it. Obviously, I'm thinking about selling it, providing there is a market for it, of course. Is it worth the time to list for sale, and for how much?

I think the name is not good to fetch you any decent money.
However, it is always good to have a landing page or For Sale displayed.
You may put it on Afternic with $799 tag or so.
If it sells, well and good.
