Cube Cart Question

If there is anyone using cubecart for their ecommerce site I have a question before I do everything with it.

I cannot find this anywhere.

Does cubecart keep track of inventory by chance? I have a site that has custom products which is 1 per item. I don't want to sell the same one over and over and then have to give a bunch of refunds.

When I am in the admin section, and I add a product I notice that you cannot add quantity. Does the system know when it's sold out?
