Paid for CTOR.com and haven't heard from seller Meice since

Hi guys,

Here's the CTOR.com story:

10 hours ago I have paid 208$ to the PP account of seller's contact, not his own.
He is Russian and in Russia PayPal does not operate. (I am Russian too, but I live in UK).
We had a long skype chat about how I pay him.

Having received my money, the contact moved this money to Meice's WebMoney account.
Meice sent me a skype thank you message & that he goes out for 15 min., then will push the domain.
I haven't heard from him since, it was 10 hours ago, he has not been online since.

I don't want to think that he is not going to push... what if smth. happened, e.g. he was hit by a car while out?
I just wanted to let you know about it.

What do you think? I haven't been buying on forums before, only started this month.

Well, I would wait another 24 hours. If he hasn't pushed it by then try contacting him again or contact the Namepros moderators.

Why Namepros does'nt creat a service to arrange transfering domains between members(JUST HIGH VALUE DOMAIN) and take for examp. %5 fees for this service.
I mean the buyer pay to namepros for his purchasing and after the seller transfer the domain he will get his payment, are you with me guys?
I have scammed with another two members for the same Domains at digitalpoint before 3 days, and this scammer is member there since 2007 with 18 possitive feedback.

Still nothing new, I haven't heard from seller Meice for over 24 hours now after my payment of 208$ for CTOR.com.

His skype is offline, and I do not have his email, PP account was not his, but a mediator's so to say contact of his.

No PP dispute possibility as I sent money as 'personal', to take the fee on me, as I don't use masspay yet.

It is a shame if he disappears like this, not good for a very young man to start his life like that.
