CSS'd Checkout Page

Alright, here we go.

Here are my current CSS Pages for colors and header and everything that make my site go:

These next two files are the CSS I was sent that needs to have things changed to match current information:

As you can see it doesn't match the rest of the site, hence why I need this done.

There are also a few images in the folder, as well as some .inc files. i'm not 100% sure if these files are needed to be edited. I hope not tho.

Would like to keep the budget around $75. It needs to be done properly obviously.

So you are only needing the top area of that cart styled? The part with the green background? I can do this pretty quickly for a lot less than $75. Send me a PM if you still need this done!
