I have a small problem with CSS... When you view http://www.summerrecipes.net/ with Firefox everything is okay but if you open it with Internet Explorer you'll see that the rating stars are in the wrong place.

Can anyone think of a fix for that so it would be same in FF and IE?

Thanks!

Did you make the site yourself?

If so, great job. Looks nice..
please post the relevant code.

I doubt people are going to dissect the whole thing for you...

Yeah, sorry. Here's the code:
Code:
.ratingblock {
	width: 50%;
	display:block;
	padding: 2px 0 6px 0;
	}
And this code overrides the code above:
Code:
.front-rating {
	padding: 0 0 0 160px;
	margin: 0;
	}
There's one div inside another because it's built on a CMS called Textpattern:
Code:
<div class="front-rating">
<div class="ratingblock">
/--/
</div></div>

Seems like it needs something that would let the rating stars be next to the picture in IE, instead of pushing it to the next line.

And yep, put the site together myself, glad you like it. :)

Looks exactly the same on IE7 and FF2. Did you solve the problem but not close the thread? (if so, shame on you!) Or is it IE6 you are talking about?

There are a few issues with this site.

IE6 does not render the summerbadgewi6.png file correctly.

It also does not display some of the content of the page at all, it shows just the stars and the image to the left.

One thing I noticed is that there is a lot of javascript in that document and maybe there is an issue with that somewhere down the line but there is simply too much there to work out where the issue lies (Assuming javascript is the problem).

Can you post an image of what issues you see in IE?

I was talking about IE7 but it seems to be okay now, don't know why tho because I haven't changed anything...

I haven't viewed the site with IE6 but I did notice that in AboutUs.org the screenshot is also taken without text. Javascript is used for the rotating header and also for the ratings part. I have taken off summerbadgewi6.png for now, can you check with IE6 if it still doesn't have some of the content?

Thanks!
