Why don't you try to develop it a little bit? With some CMS you can easily create, for example, a CSS directory. Or something similar.
In this case the domain would also value low $xx,xxx .
Anyway, currently i see mid $x,xxx value, not bad for LLL.in.

I just bought name and still thinking what kind of developing I should do.
