CSS Help!! 10NP$ Reward

I have created a css menu for a client and for some reason it has left a black gap underneath it in IE, the page is http://users.domaindlx.com/dchesterton/escortech/index2.htm, please can someone help me, there is a 10NP$ reward for anyone who manages to fix it. I think it may be an IE quirk, not sure. P.S ignore the coding, i know it's awful, it's not mine.

First off, very slow load and has a popup. Don't use free hosting eek!

Okay, let's see if I can fix this. Just so you know 10NP$ is nothing. That is like saying hey I will give you a dime if you can figure it out. It is sort of an insult. Considering 5 posts in less than half the time could get me the same amount. Well in IE it doesn't load and same with FF. PM me when it gets up and I can help.

Holy christ - that took nearly 3 minutes to load. I gave up.
Why don't you go for a faster host? I can give you free hosting much faster than that, so can about 5000 other Namepros users. Ask around!

It's only temporary while i try to sort out this problem, i have no intention of keeping it. It loads in a few seconds on my pc, maybe the server was having issues at the time you went to the site.

I was only trying to offer some reward, it's better than nothing at the end of the day.
