I like it but I am not really sure about the exact value.

I would currently give it a price range of mid $xx to low $xxx.

But developed it could catch more.

It's a short name and that's a plus. It's a .com which is another plus. That being said I'd appraise it at mid xx undevelopped. Development would increase the value though.
