I know icu is unpopular extension but i think the above domains have value.

Cant see any value to in these. Avoid these strange unknown extensions, even with a decent keyword. 99% of companies would never have heard of these extensions, so they certainly wont be paying money for them.

You cant buy names just to see how an extensions is going. Firstly check how an extension is going and then if its doing well, buy a couple of names. There have been 3 reported sales ever and all under $200, Im sure this answers your question for you
