All of the top 10 sales ranging from $2500 to $15,500 are single word domains. Even ETH.digital sold for $14,199.
With no 2 word domains even making the top 10, this is a good indicator that the domain has little value. A company with a budget of $500 has a lot of options, so if you expect to sell something for 4-5 figures, then it better be good, either a solid 2 word .com or really good single word in another extension, preferably one of the top 10 or 20 extensions.
