CreditGuru.biz is not bad.
Decent name for credit conselling/structuring, but because of the TLD it suggests more of a B2B venture to me, than services to consumers (I would then go with .com). I think it's more geared toward corporations (large financing / fundraising projects) than the public at large.
I would appraise between $100-150.

CreditGuru.biz - Nice catch. Can get high $xx undeveloped with some effort. Or if you decide to develop then it will increase a lot.

You-wish.com - the .net version is a developed site so you might get some typo traffic. The value is very low $xx undeveloped if it has no traffic or PR. You can also try to sell it to the .net owner
