I think it's a good one and people are always looking for better credit cards, loans etc. Plus it's a hot niche with a high CPC.. GOOD ON YOU!

I would have to assume don't let go of it for anything less than 5 figures. I would say around $20,000-$25,000. I have a question though. Is there a potential downside or devaluation possibility from developing the site? Can you explain the negative thought process of a potential end user if there is one?
