I registered this domain in 98. It was one of the original do it yourself website builders. I was 19 at the time and am getting ready to roll out version 2. What would you appraise the domain at and what would you appraise the domain + developed?

Thanks,

Jason

Dear Default User,

I appreciate your appraisal, but I have to respectively disagree. Do a search of the term Create A Site and you'll see what I mean. The domain recieves rediculous direct traffic just by the name itself. To value the name at $xxx makes me rethink posting on forums. You referenced a longer domain name "createyoursite" as something worth more. When a user wants to create a website do you think they enter the search string "create your site" or do you think they want to "create a site". I do appreciate your opinion but will have to disagree.

Best Regards,

Jason

createAsite si far better then 'yours'!

all tlds are taken, searches are quite low, arround 800 / month for exact terms (in one word) but create a site is much more searched (~49000 / month)

I see good potential, low $xxxx !
Good luck with it!

I would say low $xxxx undeveloped but I won't be surprised if it would go for mid to high $xxxx if you find the end user that can see it's potential.

developed, that's a whole new discussion.

I think it's a great domain name, not sure why anyone would prefer createyoursite.com to this domain, it also has a nice CPC rate, direct keywords, and i see it has a little PR from the previous site, low $XXXX IMO. Developed, anythings possible.
