Please appraise - Not sure if it would be better for the dairy industry or a tribute to the band? I have no interest in developing at this time, and would like to sell.

That's a nice one to have. Dot.info not as stellar $ as dot.com as you know, but beautiful word with a variety of obvious uses, excellent possibilities with the dot.info for, as you said, the dairy industry. I'd definitely go there rather that the band; huge end use, second only to milk.
Easily into the mid x,xxx immediately if you're in a hurry, but wait it out a few and confidently into the xx,xxx. Lucky you!

Unlike bannen, i do not think this domain can reach into xx,xxx. Though it is undoubtely good, there are many good .infos, and this is not the greatest keyword.

A huge part of the value of a name is which industries would be interested in owning it... dairy industry is huge and valuable, with growing interest in creating sites about information. Not a strong name for keyword (around 50k OVT ) so reseller might not find huge value in traffic... but end users would be very interested, and motivated, in buying this name.
I'm going to stick by my hi value for this name. Curious to see what $ you get for it

Totally agree with Peter about the sub-domains; thats the first thought that came to mind when I read the opening post. However, since you're not interested in developing it, you could certainly use mention the use of subdomains in your sale.

It is a very good name to have, even without taking the subdomains/use into consideration - just the name alone is very good. As an undeveloped site I very much doubt it would reach into the $xx,xxx -

Being realistic, I'd say mid-high $xxx undeveloped.
However if developed, maybe using the subdomains like Peter mentioned and creating a simple adsense site and with some traffic... I'd say it will increase the value to at least low-mid $x,xxx

That is a name i would NOT develop, I would try to sell it as is.
Development is generaly great, however this is not always the case. Unless you are going to do something super duper, for such a good name, I'd try to market it to sell as a domain name alone. Otherwise you risk bringing down its value. In other words, either you develop it up to the standard of the name, or you will hurt it.
