It is impossible, the setup you are asking for is very expensive.

You would need at least $10,000 per month to get that if not more. 1 Gbit connection is the most expensive part. The cheapest option I see for you is http://fdcservers.net, but if you really utilized that much bandwidth, I'm sure they will shut you down fast.
