Ok so I have recently moved my domain parking portfolio from Sedo (because the revenue is just woeful) to Bodis.

I have one newly hand regd domain that according to Sedo was fetching in over 100 Uniques a day and growing by the day. CTR around 45%. I have been checking my bodis reports and this domain has only had 1 visitor today. Yet according to Sedo it has had over 100 visitors and 50 clicks today when it is no longer parked with them!

I also checked with Sedo last week to ensure all the traffic to my domains was legit and they said everything was ok. Bit stumped at the minute to say the least.

Sedo is dumb when it comes to detecting Bots/Crawlers.. nothing new, had some such issues as well.. Afternic is way smarter and will also show you far less Uniques when moving over there.. (same as Bodis, Voodoo, etc. out there)

@Riddles- the domain apparently does well at sedo so why not just leave it there? :)

@kemjika11 Im not convinced that Sedo offer great revenue for my parked domains. Heard some good things about Bodis, Voodoo and ParkingCrew so just thought I would give them a try and see if I could increase the parking income.

As said before, hot air but nothing much behind.. Sedo has high visitor stats, but they almost never convert to clicks.. so what's the use in keeping them at Sedo?

@GravityEleven Yep absolutely, I find it strange that I have changed the DNS servers towards Bodis but Sedo has still been recoring visitors and clicks today even though they are not parked with Sedo. Madness

@Riddles , it seems like you've changed your nameservers just recently. I've seen DNS update within 10 minutes, but here is a quote from Google search:
Nameserver changes can typically take 0 to 24 hours to take effect, but they are known to take as long as 48 hours to go into full effect.
Here is a good article by GoDaddy on why DNS propagation takes so long sometimes: https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/1746/what-factors-affect-dns-propagation-time

I suspect this is why you're still seeing traffic at this time.
