CPM Program Needed, Or start one myself with your advice.

I've got a project Im working on, that I should get my hands on a good deal of traffic, and I'd like to find a decent program (or even start my own and find advertisers) with a decent payout by the impression. Checks are fine by me, paypals only a plus not a neccessity. A price that would fit my figures (I probabbly wont get it) is $5CPM with a 120x600 banner or close (or $.50CPM for 10 120x60's). The ads would have to be trackable as far as what impressions came from what site (there's going to be a lot of sites with these ads). If there's not a program that meets these requirements out there, I'll start up an adsever myself, but if that's the case I also need your suggestions as to where to find advertisers? Im pretty new into the world of advertising, but I've been told this is a fair price.

If you've got any advice concerning either of my options, I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd let me know.

Yes, I was thinking $3CPM as well, I only said $5 because that's what I was advised to do by the person that got me thinking I should start selling advertising on my site network Im getting ready to launch. I've pretty much decided to run my own adserver, and have allready installed phpadsnew. Now I just need to take preorders for the network, Start out with a trial selling 50k impressions at $3CPM for a 120x600. If that's successful, start branching off into other formats, etc.

Bafoon: If you'd be interested in helping out, feel free to PM me here, I've got everything covered but finding the advertisers, if you could help out there, I may think about making a partnership.

If anybody has any general advice for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Specifically finding advertisers to pre-order ( I wouldnt expect money up front on the pre-order, just a "I'd be interested once the network launches for X,XXX impressions") I couldnt launch until I got enough orders to cover the 50,000 impressions, but I can certainly get the traffic easily, this isnt going to be one of those promises that you'll get 20million visitors in 3 days, if we cant pull off your impression number it's a 100% money back gurantee(why we have to start small).

Will you be taking on affiliates? If so how will you do that with phpadsnew?

The main service wont have affiliates, or atleast it isnt planned, a referral program may be possible in the future, but that's way beyond planning right now. Once we find good advertisers, or a company to supply us with advertisers, then expansion may be in order, and a branch project may have affiliates, but again, way too far in the future to think about.

Ok, so I've made some advancements, In order to find the required amount of advertisers. Im thinking a referral/commission program, Say 20% profit(still have to do some math on that). Orders will be taken in 5k-Impression increments X $3CPM = $15. Profit on that $15 would be $8, so for each customer you referred, You'd make atleast $2. $4 on a $30 order, $6 on a $45 order, and so on and so on. In my opinion 20% is fair referral commission. If you've any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.

I want to find a right CPM program for my website

I am new to this, and would like to get some advice.

I have a website (just bought) have about 4500 impression today. So, I think a CPM will give me more revenue.
